These Terms govern your use of 999ab. We've written them in plain language so you can actually understand what you're agreeing to — no deliberately confusing legalese. Please read the full document before creating your account.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 999ab platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all games, betting markets, promotions, payment transactions, and any other services offered on the 999ab platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and use a 999ab account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
999ab reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by minors will be closed immediately, and all funds will be returned to the original payment source minus any bonuses received.
If you are unsure whether online gaming is permitted in your area, do not register. 999ab cannot be held responsible for legal consequences arising from use in prohibited jurisdictions.
Each player is permitted one active account on 999ab. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 999ab may require identity verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a selfie, proof of address, or documentation confirming your payment method. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
All deposits on 999ab are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
999ab reserves the right to limit or decline deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
Withdrawals at 999ab are paid in PKR to your registered payment method. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from 999ab operational capital. This means your deposited balance is protected independently of the platform's financial position.
All bonuses and promotional offers on 999ab are subject to the specific terms published on the individual promotion page, which supplement and form part of these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that offer.
Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount of bets you must place using the bonus balance before it converts to withdrawable real money. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated on its offer page. For example, a 5× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 5,000 in qualifying bets must be completed. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per offer.
Bonuses not used within the validity period (typically 7–30 days from credit, as stated per offer) will expire and be removed from your account. Your own deposited real money is never affected by bonus expiry.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all related bonuses and potential account closure:
Free spins credited as part of a promotion are valid on specified titles only and expire as stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All RNG-based games on 999ab use a certified Random Number Generator that has been independently audited by a third-party testing laboratory. The RNG operates independently of player history, account tier, deposit amount, or any other variable. 999ab has no mechanism to adjust outcomes once a game round has been initiated.
Live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, or other game equipment in a professionally managed studio. The dealer and game equipment are subject to continuous camera monitoring. 999ab has no ability to alter the outcome of live dealer games once the dealing or spinning sequence has commenced.
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or connectivity disruption during a game round, 999ab reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the player's balance. Payouts based on clearly erroneous results — such as a displayed win that resulted from a software error — are not valid and will not be honoured. 999ab will always err on the side of the player in ambiguous cases.
Once a bet has been confirmed and the game round initiated, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Players should ensure they have selected their intended bet amount and game options before confirming any wager on 999ab.
Sports bets on 999ab are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting authority. In the case of cricket, the official scorecard published by the relevant board (PCB for domestic matches, ICC for international fixtures) is the reference. For football, the official result at the end of 90 minutes of play (plus any added time) applies, unless the market specifies extra time or penalties.
999ab may suspend betting markets at any time due to changes in game circumstances, score corrections, or technical reasons. If a market is voided, all stakes are returned to players at the original odds. Accumulator bets with one voided selection will have that leg treated as a non-runner and the accumulator adjusted accordingly.
Maximum single bet payout on sports markets at 999ab is Rs 5,000,000 per event per player. Bets placed that would result in a payout exceeding this limit may be partially accepted at 999ab's discretion.
999ab reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a pricing error. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds will not be honoured. 999ab will notify affected players and return their stake in full.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999ab and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

In summary, 999ab collects data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and provide customer support. 999ab does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Technical data (session logs, device identifiers, IP addresses) is collected to maintain platform security and detect prohibited conduct.
Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support@999ab.im. Requests involving data held for legal compliance purposes may be subject to statutory retention periods.
All content on the 999ab platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 999ab or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 999ab content without express written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 999ab intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999ab's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 999ab's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You may close your 999ab account at any time by contacting support@999ab.im. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
999ab reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where it determines that the player has breached these Terms. Where closure results from suspected fraud or money laundering, all funds may be withheld pending investigation. 999ab will provide reasonable notice of closure except where immediate action is required to prevent further harm.
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months. 999ab may apply a dormancy fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts with a balance. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. The account balance will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
999ab reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of 999ab after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. The version dated 1 January 2025 is the current operative version.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 999ab's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration.
